Step 1: Complimentary Consultation Call
First we’ll have a quick Zoom call to get to know each other! We’ll chat about your favorite memories together, share embarrassing stories, and go over your wedding vision and specific needs. Then we will provide a custom pricing estimate, and answer any questions you may have!

Step 2: Questionaire
After our call, we’ll send you a detailed wedding questionnaire. This helps us understand your wedding plan, priorities, family dynamics, and all the little details you’d like us to capture.

Step 3: Pre-Wedding Check-In
As your big day approaches, we’ll schedule a final meeting or phone call to go over all the details—timeline, locations, special moments, and anything else we need to know to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is our chance to make sure we’re perfectly aligned before you walk down the isle!

Step 4: Production
Here’s where the magic happens! We’ll capture your wedding day on-site. Whether it’s a venue, a romantic getaway, or multiple spots, we’ll be there to film every meaningful moment.

Step 5: Post-Production
Our team will bring your story to life! We enhance your footage with beautiful editing, polished transitions, and just the right touch of artistry. Depending on your package, we often deliver a teaser gallery about two weeks after your wedding, so you get a little sneak peek before your full gallery is ready. Our usual delivery timeframe is anywhere between 1–3 months, depending on the package you order!

Step 5: Final Delivery
Your wedding pictures are ready! You’ll receive high-quality, downloadable files to share, order prints, and relive your special day, whenever you like.
